Chris was very easy going, professional and I secretly (not so secret anymore) think he’s a magical wizard. I had my eyes set on this home, but unfortunately our offer wasn’t accepted. Crying and dying inside, we reluctantly went to view other homes, even made an offer on another. Another agent may have stopped there, but this isn’t Chris’ first rodeo and he definitely is not your average agent. This guy KNEW we loved this home and kept in contact with the selling agent to keep us in mind in case the current offer falls out. Call him Triple D Silva because his dedication, determination and drive to keep his clients happy got us our DREAM home!
